The love child of Andy Warhol and Judy Garland, Jann Mann can neither sing nor paint.  She does, however have an affinity for shiny red shoes and drag queens.  Born in Warhol's Factory on Halloween, 1964, Jann Mannn is addicted to plate-spinning and hopes to become famous for 16 minutes.
