Daddy Can You See Me?

Daddy can you see me looking down from my heaven?
He's standing beside you - Daddy he's NOT your friend!
I trusted him as he lead me across the cornfield.
He was an adult, a neighbour and a friend and he did terrible things to me.
He showed me a tiny room which was underground.
He said I would never see you again and that I was his now.
Daddy please don't leave Lindsey or Buckley alone with him!
Can't you do something? Daddy please!
I'm sending you as many signs as I can!

Daddy, Mom has packed up her bag and is walking out the door now.
Everywhere she looks she can see my face.
She seems to think it's her fault that he raped and killed me and then cut me
into small pieces.
She thinks running away is the only way to rid the pain from her heart.

When, from my heaven, I look down on you it seems like you've given up but I
know you're making plans
Please give your love to Lindsey and Buckley now
They seem to think it's their fault that I died.

Daddy are you listening to that rustle in the leaves?
I'm blowing you a kiss.

Daddy, Mr. Harvey has moved on now and is searching for his next victim, look,
can't you see?
He's sitting by the bus stop, winter coat on talking to that lonely girl.
Is there anyone out there who can hear my cry to help?

Daddy, I did it! I blew that icicle down and it stabbed him. He won't do it
again.
Daddy. I want you to know that from my heaven I will always love you.
Grandpa is here watching me and so is the family dog.
All of his victims are here Daddy and when he died Daddy, just be sure his soul
went straight down.

Daddy my arms are around you hugging you tight.
I want you to know that at your time I'll be waiting for you.
Know that you did everything you could to catch him and just know in your heart
that he's been punished.

I love you Daddy and for all of time I'll be your little angel in heaven up
above.
