Victoria Rohac

Victoria is 18 going on 35. An old-soul creature, a reincarnated Tibetan Buddhist monk, a free spirit with the agility to move on at a moment’s notice. She speaks five languages, juggles, and was born on an airplane between Capetown and Paris. Her parents are both operatives for the CIA and were instrumental in freeing Nelson Mandela. Victoria is addicted to Cuban cigars, the bigger the better, a habit she picked up from hanging out with Fidel Castro several years back. She’s a newcomer to the Raving Poets movement and will miss it when she begins her jail time in the spring of 2004. She was recently charged with cat juggling without a license, and is expecting to do time. Her court case is in April, 2004.
